Consultation
This is where we get to know you and understand your expectations for the perfect day. We truly value building a relationship with every client, so we can deliver an event that’s made for you and reflects your personality.
Design
We believe the smallest details create the most beautiful events. Together, we’ll conceptualise a cohesive, personal design for your wedding, then oversee every detail to ensure impeccable execution on the day.
Venue
This includes curating venue options, liaising with venues on your behalf, holding preferred dates, and ensuring all the right questions are answered upfront. We’ll also join you on site visits, sharing our experience and insight to help you make the most of the space.
Budget
Advocating for you is one of our core values. With over 10 years of industry experience, we know how to source the best suppliers and venues at competitive prices. We’ve helped clients save up to 30% on original quotes, that’s up to £12,000 on a £40,000 budget.
Suppliers
We work with trusted suppliers around the world, ensuring the best rate for you and handling all communications and logistics. This would include reviewing contracts, discussing logistics and timelines, leading any meetings and being the suppliers’ point of contact on the day.
Website
We’ll create a dedicated wedding website with everything your guests need in one place, from RSVPs and dietary requirements to accommodation, transport and the wedding itinerary.
Communication
We usually communicate with our couples via Whatsapp, email and video call. Our main aim at Pumo is for you to have a fun and enjoyable planning experience, while strengthening your bond as a couple throughout the process. We’ll take care of everything else.
Timeline
We’ll finalise your timeline and floor plans, creating a comprehensive Master Sheet to keep every detail on track, so you can enjoy your day.
On the day
On the day, a planner and assistant will oversee every detail behind the scenes, from set-up to de-rig. We’ll take care of the logistics and suppliers, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your celebration.
